Criada em 1994, a BICIMAX é uma empresa, internacionalmente reconhecida, no comércio de artigos para bicicletas e nós tivemos a oportunidade de visitar as suas instalações no centro do país.
Ricardo Figueiredo, antigo atleta de BTT e actual responsável pelo Costume Service, foi o nosso anfitrião e abriu-nos as portas das novas instalações da BICIMAX na Marinha Grande.
Numa época em que o comércio online cada vez mais substitui o comércio físico, a BICIMAX acredita que para uma empresa ter sucesso neste mercado extremamente competitivo, tem de haver um meio termo.
Com uma forte presença online, através do seu FOX SERVICE CENTER, uma plataforma ibérica, onde o cliente final pode ver esclarecidas todas as suas dúvidas em relação ao seu produto. Nas palavras do Ricardo, “40% dos problemas com estes produtos, deve-se a falta de informação, desconhecimento do produto e ou deficiente ajuste”. De referir que a BICIMAX é a distribuidora exclusiva da FOX para Portugal e Espanha, algo pouco comum na Península Ibérica e que demonstra o reconhecido profissionalismo desta empresa.
Fisicamente é responsável pela formação e certificação Ibérica desta marca. Nas suas instalações dispõem da mais recente tecnologia, tanto em hardware como em software, para o tornar possível. Recentemente criaram uma loja/ showroom, aberta ao público.
