É rodeada pela deslumbrante Floresta de Charnwood, em Leicestershire, um condado na zona leste de Inglaterra, que a 45 West Destillers dá vida ao Burleighs Gin. Uma criação que homenageia o puro London Dry Gin, o mais popular tipo de Gin no mundo.
O Burleighs Gin é produzido pelas mãos do mestre destilador Jamie Baxter. A inspiração surgiu durante uma caminhada pela Floresta de Burleigh, uma pequena reserva natural vizinha que acabaria por dar nome ao Gin, na qual encontrou aromas de bétula, dente-de-leão, bardana e baga de sabugueiro. Estes seriam os primeiros sabores a serem testados nas receitas originais do Gin.
Atualmente são trabalhados 11 botânicos, uma sintonia perfeita que pretende transportar o consumidor para a riqueza natural das terras antigas de Inglaterra. Mas a principal particularidade deste Gin é o intenso e atraente perfil aromático, quase confundido com um suave perfume de mulher.
A Portugal acabam de chegar três referências da 45 West Destillers: o clássico Burleighs Signature London Dry, o versátil Burleighs Export Strength Gin e o artesanal Burleighs Disteller’s Cut Gin. Em comum têm a capacidade de se adaptar a qualquer momento, podendo servir de base a um refrescante Gin Tónico ou a um vibrante cocktail. Dependo ainda do nível de apreciador, pode ser servido simples, acompanhado apenas por uma pedra de gelo, deixando-o revelar toda a sua personalidade.

These would be the first flavors to be tested in the original Gin recipes.
