Sob o mote Desperta o teu Instinto, realiza-se no próximo fim de semana mais uma edição do Volkswagen Challenge, mais conhecido por corrida da Autoeuropa. O Volkswagen Challenge é um conjunto de duas provas organizadas pela Volkswagen Autoeuropa, com organização técnica da HMS Sports Consulting.
O Volkswagen Challenge é composto por duas provas, um Trail de 15km e uma corrida de 10km.
O Trail realiza-se no sábado dia 21, pelas 10h, com inicio e fim no Castelo de Palmela. O percurso desenvolve-se em trilhos com piso irregular maioritariamente de terra batida, pedra e lama na zona da Arrábida. Estão previstos dois abastecimentos, liquido e sólido aproximadamente aos 8km e na meta. O Trail Volkswagen terá duração máxima de 2h45.
Para domingo 22 também pelas 10h, está prevista a corrida de 10km que se realiza nas instalações da Volkswagen Autoeuropa. Este percurso realiza-se em estrada no interior das instalações da Volkswagen Autoeuropa e Parque Industrial adjacente. Estão previstos dois abastecimentos liquidos aproximadamente aos 5km e na meta. A Corrida Volkswagen terá duração máxima de 2h00.
Realiza-se ainda uma caminhada de 4km, vocacionada essencialmente para familiares e amigos, mas aberta a todos os que queiram participar.

The Trail takes place on Saturday 21, at 10 am, starting and ending at the Palmela Castle. The course is developed in rails with uneven floor mostly of clay, stone and mud in the Arrábida area. It will have two supplies, liquid and solid at approximately 8km and the end. The Trail Volkswagen will have a maximum duration of 2:45 a.m.
For Sunday 22 also at 10 am, it’s the 10km race that takes place on the Volkswagen Autoeuropa plant. This route takes place on the road within the Volkswagen Autoeuropa plant and adjacent industrial park. It will have two liquid supplies to approximately 5km and at the end. The Volkswagen Race will have a maximum duration of 2h00.
The third option it’s a 4km walk, dedicated primarily to family and friends, but open to all who wish to participate.
